Hyderabad Palace ("we", "us") operates the Hyderabad Palace mobile app and hyderabadpalacebillerica.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
When you create an account or order as a guest
Your name, email address and phone number. Guests give the same details and confirm them with a one-time code; an account is created for you so your order can be tracked.
Your location, only if you allow it
Used to show that you are near the shop and to fill in an address. You can decline, and the app still works — you can search for the store instead. You can withdraw this permission at any time in your device settings.
Your orders
What you ordered, when, the amount paid, and any note you attached to an item.
Messages you send the shop
The in-app chat, so the shop can answer questions about your order.
A device identifier for notifications
Sent by Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, so we can tell you when your order is ready. It identifies the app installation, not you.
What we do not collect
We never see or store your card details. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe on their own page. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the amount — never the card number.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with

Nobody else, unless we are legally required to disclose it.
How long we keep it
Your account and order history are kept while your account exists. Order records are retained after deletion in anonymised form — your name and contact details are removed, but the order itself remains in the shop's records for accounting purposes.
Deleting your account
In the app: Account → Delete account. This removes your name, email, phone number and saved addresses, and detaches your past orders from you.
If you have an order in progress, deletion is declined until it is complete or cancelled.
You can also email info@hyderabadpalacebillerica.com to request deletion.
Your choices
- Turn location off, in your device settings
- Turn notifications off, in your device settings
- Delete your account, in the app
- Ask what we hold about you, by emailing us
Children
The app is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date above and publish the new version here.
